For arriving private charter flights It is important we have the aircraft tail number, airport name, and charter service you are arriving to along with expected time of arrival. We keep in contact with the charter service for in flight updates when available. All domestic flight arrivals are given up to 30 minutes of FREE wait time from the moment the aircraft lands until luggage is loaded into the vehicle. All international flight arrivals include an additional $15.00 fee that covers the additional wait time for you and your belongings to clear U.S. Customs and Immigration inspection..
