Family Car Service has been providing transportation service to private individuals, and corporate clients for almost 30 years. We provide clean smoke free properly maintaining sedans, SUVs, vans, and limousines. Infant, toddler, and booster seats are FREE and available at your request. We provide 24 hour car service to and from Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and Palm Beach International Airports. Airport Inside Meet & Greets - All domestic flight arrivals with inside meet and greet are FREE with the exception of cost for parking with most reservations. Vehicles such as SUV limos, busses and some vans are to large to be parked and can only perform curb side pick ups. If you require an inside meet and greeter in addition to a driver with any of the these larger vehicles, additional fees will be determined. Your driver will always track your arriving flight number if and when track able. All Domestic flight arrivals with inside meet & greet are given up to 30 min of FREE wait time the moment the aircraft lands, until luggage is loaded into the vehicle. If you or your guest are NOT familiar with an airport, and do not have a domestic US mobile phone number, we strongly suggest having a driver go inside for a meet & greet. You may choose to be met at security or at baggage claim with a name on a sign.

US Customs Meet & Greets - All international flight arrivals with inside meet and greets require a $15.00 dollars customs fee plus parking. Your driver will always track your arriving flight number if and when track able. The US Customs fee covers the additional wait time for you and your belongings to clear inspection before meeting the driver. If you or your guest are NOT familiar with an airport, and do not have a domestic US mobile phone number, we strongly suggest having a driver go inside for a meet & greet.

Airport Curb Side Pick Ups - Drivers are able to wait just outside the airport for curb side pick ups. Drivers will track the flight number you provided. Once your flight lands drivers will attempt to call your mobile the moment the aircraft is at the gate. You may then coordinate where and when the driver will pick you up curb side once you have gathered your belongings and are ready to walk out. Drivers will leave a voice mail message with a number to be reached if you do not answer and your phone. This option is best used for people who are familiar with a particular airport, and carry a domestic US mobile phone number.

Private Charter - If you are traveling via private charter aircraft, in most instances FCS can pick up and drop off at the door of the aircraft. For arriving aircraft It is important you provide the tail #, airport, and charter service you are using, with expected time of arrival. We will keep in contact with the charter service for in flight updates. when available

Seaports - Family Car Service has the right vehicle for your cruise ship transportation needs, whether departing from either the Port of Miami, or the Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale. FCS also provides 24 hour transportation services to local private, docks and marinas. For list of local South Florida marinas click here. Family Car Services Vans and SUVs are the perfect solution to move large families and luggage safely from Airports or hotels to and from South Florida Seaports.

US Customs Seaport Drop offs & Pickups - All cruise ship travel require a $10.00 dollars port fee for both your drop off and pickup. This covers port entry fees and the drivers time as you and your belongings clear inspection. You are given 1 full hour wait time after your scheduled booking. It is important you inform us of the arrival time your ship will dock. We will recommend the a scheduled pick up time for a driver to wait. Drivers are NOT allowed to wait near the cruise ship terminals. A domestic US mobile phone number is the only method to communicate with you and your driver to meet you curb side with the vehicle after you clear customs.
