Special Requests Policy – FCS provides a variety of special services to make your experience positive and memorable. Some special requests are FREE while others incur additional cost. Please request any special or additional service at the time you book the reservation. Below is a list of the most common special requests.
Please do NOT ask or hand a driver money to buy alcohol. FCS is not allowed to purchase or serve alcohol on your behalf. You may however ask FCS or a driver to pick up alcohol that you purchased, at a pre-arranged location. Please read our Alcohol & Drug Policy for more information.
Meet & Greet options for Air & Seaports
- Meet at Gate Security with name on sign – This is for when a driver is requested to meet a passenger as they pass the security exit coming off a plane. Parking Fee
- Meet at Baggage with name on sign – This is for when a driver is requested to meet a passenger at the assigned baggage claim according to passenger's flight number. Parking Fee
- Will call, walk out upstairs – This is when a passenger whom has no checked bags will call FCS to let them know they are walking out upstairs curbside. The driver will then be notified to meet you. Drivers are NOT allowed to wait at the curb. Meeting you can take 2 to 5 minutes, with NO traffic. FREE
- Will call, walk out downstairs – This is when a passenger whom has checked bags will call FCS to let them know they are walking out downstairs curbside. The driver will then be notified to meet you. Drivers are NOT allowed to wait at the curb. Meeting you can take 2 to 5 minutes, with NO traffic. FREE
- Call Customer CELL. Walk out curb side. – This is when a driver will call a passengers mobile number once they determine the plane has landed. If you do NOT have checked bags you may instruct the driver to meet you curbside up or downstairs. If you must collect luggage you may call the driver back to say when you will be going to the curb. If the driver does NOT reach you, they will leave a voice message with a phone number to call them back. Make sure your phone is on once you land. Drivers are NOT allowed to wait at the curb. Meeting you can take 2 to 5 minutes, with NO traffic. FREE
- Meet at Customs with name on sign – This is when a driver is requested to meet a passenger as they pass the US Customs exit for International Flight. $15.00 Customs Fee + Parking Fee
- Call Customer CELL to locate customer – A driver can always be given a passengers mobile number so they can arrange where to meet. Or in case the driver has trouble locating the passenger. FREE
- (Seaport Only) Call Customer CELL to locate customer – A driver can be given a passenger's mobile number so they can arrange where to meet. This is the best way to handle seaport pickups so the driver is always with the vehicle to maneuver where the passengers are waiting. $15.00 Customs Fee
- Meet at Customs dock with name on sign. Depending on the port a driver can meet a passenger as they pass through the US Customs exit after coming off a boat. It is always better to have a driver call a passenger's mobile number to meet you away from a crowd. Having a driver meet you at the customs exit will take much longer as the driver will need to go and retrieve the vehicle parked usually at some great distance away OR you will need to follow him to the vehicle, that could be a great distance away. $15.00 Customs Fee
Special Needs Options
- Needs Garment Trailer – For reservations booked for a SUV, van, or bus you may add the garment trailer for excessive luggage and equipment. The garment trailer is almost a 'must' for all seaport transfers. Please see our Vehicle Capacity Chart With Luggage for more info. $25.00 Fee
- Needs Child Car Seat – FCS has child car seats available for infants and toddlers at NO extra charge. Please see our Child Car Seat Policy. FREE
- Has wheel chair, will need assistance – all FCS vehicles can accommodate all folding self-powered wheel chairs. None of the FCS vehicles have wheelchair lifts. Most lightweight scooters can be transported with a van, SUV, for FREE. If you require the use of the garment trailer. $25.00 Fee
- Elderly will need assistance – It helps us assist you by alerting us if you need a little extra help. FCS can assign a larger driver who will assist someone who has trouble getting themselves and luggage around on their own. FREE
- Ice & Beverage – (We do NOT serve alcohol) All limo hourly AD services come with a FREE mix of regular and diet sodas and bottled water. If you have a request for particular beverage such OJ or cranberry juice, please let us know before your job. Ice & beverage service in anything other then an hourly Limo A.D. is an extra charge. $15.00 Fee You may reserve a regular sedan, SUV, van or bus for an hourly A.D. and add a cooler with ice & beverages for an extra charge. $15.00.
- Candy & Roses – Provided a request was put in early enough, we can pre arrange to have flowers and, or chocolates picked up, before picking up you or your guest. Actual cost of candy and flowers will determine cost of service. TBD.
- Formal and, or Red Carpet Treatment – This is most often requested for wedding services in our limousines. If you have some other formal event that calls for a driver to be dressed formal, and you want the red carpet at your feet upon entering and exiting a limo please let us know. Red Carpet is only available with stretch limousines. The Red carpet can NOT be used if conditions are NOT favorable, such as a WET surface or blocking roads with high volumes of traffic. Surface must be relatively clean. FREE
